Little King Sandwich Shop opened its doors in 1967 and has proudly served Hamilton Square, NJ for over 50 years. In 1998, the Mustardo family purchased Little King and it has remained in the family ever since, with eldest son Robert currently at the reins. Robert Mustardo started his culinary career in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel, where he had the privilege of cooking with world-renowned chefs such as Bobby Flay and Geoffrey Zakarian. After several years of working in some of Philadelphia’s finest restaurants, including La Croix, Fork, and Stephen Starr’s El Vez, Robert took ownership of Little King in 2016. Since then he has continued to serve Little King's traditional hoagies while adding creative specials to the menu, which have garnered unprecedented praise and attention, along with delicious homemade soups and bread pudding.
